pictures plugin

the pictures plugin is included in
Download extra plugins for firmware VDR-NG-EM 0.7.

readme/pictures-0.0.7.txt:
The 'pictures' plugin implements a simple picture viewer.
This plugin assumes that the pictures have already been converted to
MPEG frames (with the 'pic2iFrame' script that comes with this archive) ...

But the 'pic2iFrame' script comes not with Download extra plugins for firmware VDR-NG-EM 0.7. I can't find that script.

A windows script in vbs was offered at open7x0.org years ago, but download is not possible
anymore.

Where to download the script?
How to convert pictures to MPEG frames?
