webif translation

I would like to complete the translation of the webif. Up to now, it's complete in Spanish, almost Ok in English, pretty poor in German and like a joke in French.

For each sentence to translate, like the first one:

there is first a key (in this example "accept"), which hasn't to be modified, and a set of four translations, in this order: English, German, Spanish and French. So, to have this sentence translated to German, you would have to change that to

        }},

It seems that I can keep the file like 60 days in this place, and I think we can give this a try.
I will incorporate your changes (I hope there will be any) to the code.

I made some very basic translations to German. Maybe to be reviewed. I also fixed some minor errors in Spanish and English.

By the way, according to the faq:

Q. How long are documents stored?

A. 60 days. If you have marked them as favorites they will never be deleted.

Regarding the 60 days, if there is interest in having this done, 60 days should be enough. If there is not, extending the period won't make any difference. Let's maintain the idea that there is a time limit here, and see how it works.

For the German translation, you could also post this announcement on the German forum. It may raise some interest.
